Brian Dollar has been a Kids Pastor since 1992.  He was joined in ministry in 1998 by his wife, Cherith.  Together, they have passionately served kids and families in an effort to raise up a generation of life-long followers of Jesus Christ.

Brian approaches Children’s Ministry with a cutting edge style, leading a volunteer staff of over 150 in ministering to the children at First Assembly of God in North Little Rock, Arkansas.  Every week over 600 children gather for high-energy worship, games, and life-changing ministry from their dynamic ministry team.

In 1998, he founded High Voltage Kids Ministry Resources which creates cutting edge multi-media Children’s Church curriculum, music, and videos.  High Voltage Kids Ministry resources have been used in more than 5,000 churches across America.

Including the Nursery in the Big Picture

by Melanie Szelong

Your littlest students in the nursery are learning what it means to be a part of God’s family. Why not include them in everything the “Big Church” is doing? Learn how to take your senior pastor’s biblical teaching themes and adapt them for your nursery and preschool teaching. Your toddlers and preschoolers will be learning the same thing that mom and dad are learning, only at their own level. This concept is a real winner for bringing the whole church on-board together, sailing on one ship to the same destination. If you feel like your nursery is disconnected from your church as a whole, this workshop is highly recommended.
